Shipping and Delivery Information
Orders are processed and shipped within 1-3 natural days. Orders placed after 10:00 PM PST may be processed the next business day.
Shipping time for each region:
- America: After 1-3 natural days processing the order, it will be shipped to the destination in 10-15 natural days
- Europe: After 1-3 natural days processing the order, it will be shipped to the destination in 10-15 natural days
- Asia: After 1-3 natural days processing the order, it will be shipped to the destination in 10-15 natural days
Processing and shipping times may increase during certain collection launches, holidays, and other peak seasons. We are unable to change the shipping address or selected shipping method after checkout.
Modify Shipping Address
- We are unable to change the shipping address or selected shipping method after checkout.
- Once your order has shipped, we will send an email to the email address you provided on your order with tracking information for your shipment.
- It is the customer’s responsibility to monitor the delivery of their shipment once their order has left our warehouse.
International Shipping Options and Rates
International shipping rates vary. At checkout, we will calculate shipping rates based on your location and the estimated weight of your package.
We are unable to combine separate orders into one shipment.
We do not ship to PO Boxes.
International Orders – Customs Fees, Import Taxes and Duties
For all international orders the total amount you pay includes all applicable customs duties and taxes. When the order is greater than 100$, We guarantee delivery at no additional charge. f less than $100, we will charge $10 for shipping.
International Shipping – All international orders will be shipped by courier (air) at no charge at checkout. Shipping method cannot be changed.
Failed Delivery/Return to Sender/Abandoned Package
If your package cannot be delivered to the specified delivery address due to incorrect delivery address and/or phone number, the package will be returned to the sender (STOREPBRAND) at the customer’s expense.
If the recipient is not available during all delivery attempts, your package will be held at the local FedEx center awaiting pickup. If the customer fails to pick up the package for any reason, the package will be returned to the sender (STOREPBRAND) at the customer’s expense.
For international customers, if you refuse to accept the package, it will be returned to STOREPBRAND at your expense. The cost includes shipping and any duties and taxes that may have been incurred on the package; this amount will be deducted from the total refund amount.
The package will be held at customs for 30 days, after which it will be considered abandoned. Customers who abandon their packages forfeit their rights to an exchange or refund for their order.
Damaged/Opened Box
If you receive a package that is damaged and/or opened, please take photos of the damage before inspecting the contents. Please submit a claim through the courier that shipped your order. Please contact us at Mail: service@storepbrand.com.
